What data we process and why

Demo request: name, work email and company website. Purpose: to respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo. Legal basis: steps taken prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Product updates (only with your consent): email address. Purpose: to keep you informed about Marb. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or at hello@marb.ai.

Cookies and analytics: we use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to analyse traffic, only with the consent you give in the cookie banner.

Who we share data with

We use processors who handle data on our behalf under data-processing agreements: Brevo (email and contact management) and Vercel (hosting). We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep data

We keep demo-request data for the duration of discussions about a possible collaboration and thereafter only as long as necessary to protect our legitimate interests and meet legal obligations. Newsletter contacts are processed until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and to object. You can withdraw consent to product updates at any time. Send requests to hello@marb.ai.

Complaint to a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz) or your local supervisory authority.
